My name is Master David Haliva,and I am the president of the nine cutting hands kuga ryu ninjitsu martial arts system,

And the head CEO of the "Shadow" security company, which promotes the basic concept of preventing violence and violent attacks

As for my believe, the way to solve the escalating harsh violence problem is not by formulating a continuous struggle,

My main workframe as a manager of the governmental executive tax collection agency,is an everyday forced struggle

And that is why the developped method is a product of dealing with extreme multiple physical and verbal field assaults.

I do not pretend to change the perception of martial artists and other methods of warfare,actually all of the fighting
